Brake mechanisms of forward wheels — disk with floating скобой. The brake disk 1 (fig. 8.5) has ventilating apertures for heating reduction at braking and fastens on a nave of wheels of a forward axis.
Floating скоба consists of the basis 2 which fastens to a rotary fist, and cases 3 which through directing fingers 15 is movably connected with the basis. Protective covers protect fingers from hit in them of a dirt and a moisture. In the case 3 are placed the piston 5 and details of its consolidation: a ring 6 and a protective cover 7. For removal of air from the case cylinder the valve of prorolling 16 with a cap is provided. Brake колодки 4 are located in a groove of the basis and are drawn in to ledges of the basis by the springs fixed on колодках.
For protection of working surfaces of a disk and колодок from hit on them a dust, a dirt, greasings the special guard is established.
At braking from pressure of a liquid in a hydrodrive the piston 5, moving to the case 3, presses internal brake колодку to a disk 7, and the case, being displaced on fingers 15 in a direction opposite to movement of the piston, presses external колодку to a disk. Effort of a clip both колодок to a disk equally and in direct ratio to pressure in a hydrodrive.
At растормаживании колодки depart from a disk on a constant defined by rigidity of a sealing ring of 6 pistons. It reaches backlash automatic control between колодками and a disk and deterioration of overlays is compensated.
