As cavity А1 through the central aperture in a connector 22 and apertures in a flange of a connector and the piston 10 is constantly informed with cavities A3 and А5 in these cavities depression also is created.
When the brake pedal is not pressed, cavity А5 through a backlash between a diaphragm of 18 valves, the piston 17 and radial apertures of a connector 22 is informed with cavity А4 which, in turn, through apertures А6 in a persistent cover is connected to cavity А2. Hence, in all cavities А1, А2, A3, А4 and А5 the amplifier depression is created.
The return valve 1 keeps the greatest depression which is formed at engine work in the amplifier.
By pressing a pedal of a brake the piston 17 under the influence of a pusher 16 connected with a pedal, concerns diaphragms of 18 valves and interrupts the message of cavities А1, A3, А5 with cavities А4 and А2. Then the piston 17, moving a diaphragm 18, tears off it from a saddle on the case of 15 valves. As a result atmospheric air, pass through the filter 14, an aperture in the case 15, arrives to a diaphragm 18 and further through radial drillings in the case of 15 valves — in cavity А4 and through apertures А6 in cavity А2, that is to pistons 5 and 10. Atmospheric air arrives in cavity А4 and А2 until the diaphragm of 18 valves under the influence of a jet washer 20 will not sit down simultaneously on saddles of the piston 17 and cases 15, blocking air receipt. Thus, through a jet washer watching action of system is carried out, i.e. The effort created by the amplifier, in direct ratio to the effort applied by the driver to a pedal of a brake. At increase in effort at a pedal the piston 17 compresses a jet washer 20, removes a diaphragm 18 from a saddle in the case of 15 valves and the additional quantity of atmospheric air arrives again to pistons 5 and 10 that increases amplifier action. The effort from a foot of the driver and from pistons 5 and 10 amplifiers through a jet washer is transferred to a pusher 3 and further — on pistons of the main cylinder.
At отпускании pedals the piston 17 departs from a diaphragm 18, allowing it to move on a saddle in the case 15. Access of atmospheric air, and depression through the formed face backlash between the piston 17 In this case stops and by a diaphragm 18 is transferred from cavity А5 in cavity А4, А2. Cavities А1, А2, A3, А4 and А5 will be informed again among themselves, and pistons under the influence of a spring 21 will return to a starting position and braking will stop. The amplifier is ready to new braking.
In case of a stop of the engine the depression kept in the amplifier by the return valve, allows to carry out 2—3 effective braking of the car. In the absence of vacuum in the amplifier, the pusher 3 will be influenced only by the effort applied by the driver to a pedal of a brake.
