For dismantling it is necessary to make the following:

- To merge oil from картера a wheel through a jellied stopper 4 (fig. 7.2 see);

- To clamp the steering mechanism in a vice for inflow under a fixing aperture картера and carefully to clear of a dirt all surfaces;

- To take out two stoppers from картера;

- To remove covers 17, 19 and a spongy sealant 16 from a shaft-sector;

- To straighten бородком лунки on bearings 15 shaft-sectors;

- To remove a stripper serially bearings 15 shaft-sectors without blows and warps, having excluded рассыпание rollers.

The prevention

Shift of bearings on other end of a shaft or hashing of rollers of one bearing with rollers of other bearing are inadmissible.

- To remove a shaft-sector 3 and sealing rings 13;

- To turn away bolts of fastening of the top cover картера and to remove the top cover together with linings;

- выпрессовать from the top cover an epiploon, a bearing holder, having removed preliminary sealing ring and linings 5;

- To remove the screw 2 in gathering with a nut;

- выпрессовать the remained external holder of bearings of the screw.

The note

Выпрессовку external holders of the bearing of the screw from картера and the top cover without need not to make.
