Coupling диафрагменного type (fig. 5.8) is established in the same картерах with the bottom hatch, as couplings of lever type, for engines ZMZ-4025,-4026 and УМЗ-4215, and for the engine 3M3-4061 — in continuous колоколообразном картере. For its installation instead of coupling of lever type on engines ZMZ-4025,-4026 fixing apertures on a flywheel are located, as is shown in fig. 5.9, and under a spherical support of a plug of deenergizing of coupling the washer in external diameter of 22 mm, internal diameter 11 mm and thickness of 4,5 mm is established. The conducted disk differs from a conducted disk of coupling of lever type (fig. 5.2) the increased sizes of frictional overlays (external diameter of 240 mm see, internal — 160 mm, a thickness of 3,5 mm) and details демпферного devices, quantity of springs and coupling fingers, and also the form of lamellar springs.
The casing with a press disk in gathering consists of a casing 1 (fig. 5.10), basic rings 2, press диафрагменной springs 3, a press disk of 4 and connecting plates 5. The casing of coupling 1 (fig. 5.11) is fixed on a flywheel of a cranked shaft of the engine by six aligning special bolts. The effort press диафрагменной springs 3 creates necessary force of a friction on surfaces of frictional overlays and provides transfer of a twisting moment from a flywheel through press a disk 5, a casing 1 and connecting plates 6 on a conducted disk and a primary shaft of a transmission.
Press диафрагменная the spring represents тарельчатый the truncated cone having at the expense of cuts in the central and internal part twelve petals which carry out a role of levers of deenergizing of coupling.
The external not cut part press диафрагменной springs is clamped between two basic rings 2, 4 for the account загибки twelve short moustaches executed on a casing 1. At them загибке the press spring on the special adaptation should be fixed in a flat condition. Basic rings carry out a hinge role concerning which there is a turn of an external part диафрагменной springs by pressing the ends of petals. An external part диафрагменная the press spring leans against a ring ledge of a press disk and wrings out it towards a flywheel. Connecting plates 6 (three groups on three plates in group) one end приклепаны to ledges of a press disk, another — to a coupling casing. To their help there is a transfer of a twisting moment from a casing on press a disk and tap of a press disk aside from a flywheel at coupling deenergizing.
The casing with a press disk in gathering is balanced by installation on a flange of a casing special balancing грузиков or drilling at diameter of 273 mm in a flange of a casing of apertures in diameter of 9 mm. An admissible disbalance — no more than 10 г·см. For removal of a casing from a press disk in gathering it is necessary to remove картер couplings on engines ZMZ-4061 or the bottom hatch картера couplings on engines ZMZ-4025, ЗМЗ-4026 and УМЗ-4215. The casing with a press disk in gathering while in service is not under repair, at failure it is necessary to replace it with the new.
At absence on a casing with a press disk of visible damages: надиров, ring flutes, прижогов and developments more than 0,3 mm on a working surface of a press disk, износов the ends of petals диафрагменной springs more than 0,3 mm, etc. It is necessary to check up an arrangement of the ends of petals диафрагменной springs and its press effort. For this purpose it is necessary to fix a casing with a press disk in gathering on a working surface of a new flywheel (fig. 5.12), having placed between them three in regular intervals located washers in the thickness of 8 mm. The size from an end face of a flywheel to the ends of petals should be (43,6±2,0) mm. The deviation from position in one plane should be in limits ±0,25 mm, if necessary — to turn in petals.
At moving of the ends of petals on 8,5 mm the withdrawal of a press disk should be not less than 1,3 mm. To move the ends of petals downwards on 10 mm and to clean washers 3. To measure effort to the ends of petals, releasing them before distance reception between a plane of a flywheel and a press disk of 6 and 8 mm. In both cases the effort should be not less than 2 кН (200 кгс).
