At assemblage of the back bridge with new bearings of a leading gear wheel or gear wheels of the main transfer it is necessary to adjust at first a pretightness of bearings of a leading gear wheel and its position («Adjustment of the back bridge» see).
Bridge assemblage to make in a following order:

- To establish on a leading gear wheel an adjusting ring 7 (fig. 5.32 see) leading gear wheel and напрессовать an internal ring of the back bearing against the stop;
запрессовать external rings of bearings of a leading gear wheel in картер;
- To establish a leading gear wheel in an external ring of the back bearing;
- To put an adjusting ring of 5 bearings 6;
- To establish an internal ring of the forward bearing of a leading gear wheel;
- запрессовать a cuff 3 leading gear wheels заподлицо with an end face картера;
- To establish a flange 2, a washer, to tighten and зашплинтовать a nut of 1 flange («Adjustment of the main transfer» see);
- To establish in картер differential with bearings, densely having drawn in their external rings;
- To establish adjusting nuts of 16 bearings of differential in a carving aperture картера as it is possible more close to bearings and to establish covers of 17 bearings of differential;
- To tighten bolts of fastening of covers a twisting moment which is not interfering rotation of adjusting nuts of bearings of differential. Before завертыванием bolts to put on a carving of apertures in картере the bridge анаэробный hermetic "Unigerm-6" or "Unigerm-9". The carving in картере and on bolts should be cleared, degreased and dried up;
- To adjust a pretightness of bearings of differential and position of a conducted gear wheel (Adjustment of a pretightness of bearings of differential and a lateral backlash in gearing of gear wheels of the main transfer »see«);
- To tighten definitively bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of differential a twisting moment 90—110 Н·м (9—11 кгс·м);
- To fix bolts lock plates of 14 nuts of bearings of differential;
- To put on a lining 13 from two parties герметизирующую paste Un-25, after endurance to establish a lining on an end face картера;
- To establish a reducer in картер the bridge and to tighten bolts of its fastening by the moment 55—70 Н·м (5,5—7,0 кгс·м);
- To establish brakes in gathering and маслоотражатели. The moment of an inhaling of bolts маслоотражателя — 14—18 Н·м (1,4—1,8 кгс·м), bolts of fastening of a brake — 50—62 Н·м (5,0—6,2 кгс·м);
- To establish the right and left naves with brake drums in gathering and to make their adjustment;
- To establish on hairpins of naves of a lining of a semiaxis;
- To insert semiaxes and to tighten nuts of semiaxes the moment 90—125 Н·м (9,0—12,5 кгс·м);
- To establish and законтрить counternuts bolts for dismantle of semiaxes;
- To establish a drain stopper in картер and to screw сапун;
- To fill the bridge with oil according to a greasing card through a jellied aperture in a cover and to wrap a jellied stopper; naves to fill with the same oil by a serial inclination of each side of the bridge on height not less than 200 mm;
- To check up noise level, heating and to be convinced of absence of a leak of oil on forward and back to a course at frequency of rotation of a leading gear wheel 16, 25, 50 с–1.
To check up differential work at frequency of rotation 25 с–1 (1500 mines-1), serially подтормаживая each of semiaxes.
The general time of check and обкатки the bridge about 5 minutes to Carry out check follows at warmed up to temperature 45—75 ° With oil and superfluous pressure in the bridge 20—30 кПа (0,2—0,3 kgs/sm 2).
At assemblage of the back bridge it is necessary to consider the sizes of interfaced details of the back bridge (tab. 5.5).
