Engines ZMZ-4061, ЗМЗ-4063 — carburettor, four-cylinder, рядные with a microprocessor control system of ignition. The general view of engines is shown on fig. 4.110, 4.111. The Cross-section of engines is shown on fig. 4.112.
The basic design features of engines are top (in a head of cylinders) an arrangement of two camshafts with installation of four valves on the cylinder (two inlet and two final), increase of degree of compression to 9,3 at the expense of the chamber of combustion with the central arrangement of a candle.
These technical decisions have allowed to raise the maximum capacity and the maximum twisting moment, to lower the expense of fuel and to reduce toxicity of the fulfilled gases.
The pig-iron block of cylinders is applied to reliability increase on the engine without the plug-in sleeves, having high rigidity and stabler backlashes in friction steams, the piston stroke to 86 mm is reduced, the weight of the piston and a piston finger is lowered, better materials are applied to a cranked shaft, rods, bolts of rods, piston fingers, etc.
Drive of camshafts — chain, two-level, with automatic hydraulic натяжителями chains; application of hydropushers клапанного the mechanism excludes necessity of adjustment of backlashes.
Application of hydraulic devices and форсировка the engine is demanded quality by oil clearings, therefore in the engine ("superfilter") of unitary use is applied полнопоточный the oil filter of the raised efficiency. The additional filtering element of the filter excludes hit of crude oil in the engine at start-up of the cold engine and a contamination of the basic filtering element.
The drive of auxiliary units (the pump of a cooling liquid and the generator) is carried out flat поликлиновым by a belt.
On the engine it is established диафрагменное coupling with эллипснонавитыми the overlays of a conducted disk having high durability.
The microprocessor control system of ignition allows to correct a corner of an advancing of ignition, including on parametre of detonations at changing power setting that allows to provide necessary indicators — мощностные, economic and toxicity of the fulfilled gases.
