The power supply system of engines ZMZ-4061,-4063 basically is similar to the power supply system of engines ZMZ-4025,-4026.
Differences the following:
- The drive of the fuel pump is carried out from the clown fixed on distributive shaft of inlet valves through the intermediate lever;

— Carburettor K-151 D (fig. 4.29 see) differs from carburettor K-151 system of switching-off of giving of fuel (экономайзером compulsory idling);
— The system of switching-off of giving of fuel consists of the electromagnetic valve 32 operated the controller of ignition 34, and экономайзера compulsory idling (ЭПХХ). ЭПХХ the electromagnetic valve and the ignition controller — under a cowl, on a guard передка the car takes places on the carburettor;
- The ignition controller operates the electromagnetic valve depending on frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine and depression in an inlet pipe;
- The system of switching-off of giving of fuel works as follows. At the released pedal of an accelerator and frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine more than 1650 mines-1 the controller does not submit pressure on the electromagnetic valve therefore through channels of the electromagnetic valve atmospheric air arrives in ЭПХХ which valve blocks the idling channel. In case of infringement of normal work of system of switching-off of giving of fuel (the engine is not started up, the engine глохнет, the engine works unstably on the minimum frequency врашения idling) it is necessary to be convinced first of all of reliability of electric contacts of elements of system and reliability of connection of a hose of selection of air for the controller.
For check of working capacity of devices EPHH it is necessary to include ignition, to start up and warm up the engine. Then from outside a motor compartment one hand to open throttle заслонки approximately on 1/3 courses, another — to hold the electromagnetic valve. Sharply to release throttle заслонки. Thus the electromagnetic valve should be disconnected, and at decrease in frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft approximately to 1600 mines-1 the electromagnetic valve should join.
The basic dosing out elements of carburettor K-151D are resulted in tab. 4.5.
Adjustment of system of idling is similar to adjustment for engines ZMZ-4025, ЗМЗ-4026, specified in the present management.
