Replacement of the hinge of longitudinal steering draught

Replacement of the hinge of longitudinal steering draught is necessary for making in a following order:

- расшплинтовать and to turn on nuts of fastening of steering bent for сошке the steering mechanism and to a rotary fist;

- выпрессовать fingers from conic apertures by means of a universal stripper (fig. 6.25) or to beat out a hammer through a copper lining;

- On a press by means of the basic plug 1 (fig. 6.26) выпрессовать the hinge from draught with the appendix of effort to a finger with preliminary навернутой to level of an end face a nut. Thus the protective cap 4 from the hinge case is simultaneously pressed;

- To clear a nest surface under the hinge in longitudinal draught;

- запрессовать the new hinge in longitudinal draught by means of the basic plug and a press heel (fig. 6.27);

- To take a new protective cap and to put on it the case and a finger of the hinge by means of a universal stripper and a washer (fig. 6.28), preliminary having put in it from 1 to 1,5 г greasings;

- To fix a cap on a finger a lock ring. At assemblage of the hinge not to suppose mechanical damages of a rubber cap;

- To establish draught on the car in sequence, return dismantling.

Replacement of the hinge of cross-section steering draught

Replacement of the hinge of cross-section steering draught to carry out in such order:

- расшплинтовать and to turn away a nut of fastening of the hinge to the lever of a steering trapeze;

- выпрессовать a finger from a conic aperture of the lever by means of a universal stripper (fig. 6.25 see) or to beat out a hammer through a copper lining;
