For the control over systems the car is equipped by a combination of devices in which control devices are established: the pressure index, a tachometre, a speedometer, the index of temperature of the engine, the index of pressure of oil, the index of level of fuel and signalling devices (fig. 3.14 see). Connection of contacts of a combination of devices is shown on electric schemes, and an arrangement of electric sockets on fig. 9.50. For removal of a combination of devices preliminary remove facing, having turned away four screws. Then turn away four screws of fastening of a combination; separate electric sockets and remove a combination of devices. Repair of a combination of devices make block replacement of faulty devices. The index of level of fuel
In a combination of devices the electromagnetic index of level of the fuel, working complete with the gauge established in a petrol tank is established.
The index is electromagnetic логометр with motionless measuring coils and a mobile constant magnet. The magnet is strengthened on an axis of an arrow of the index. Index coils are reeled up at an angle in 90 ° on a special plastic skeleton. A skeleton with coils and a magnet are placed in the special screen for an exception of influences on them of extraneous magnetic fields.

At inclusion of resistance RI, the arrow should show «0», at inclusion R2 — «1/2», and at inclusion R3 — a full tank. A deviation of an arrow from the specified divisions no more than for width of an arrow. The serviceable gauge of the index of level of fuel should have following resistance: — at completely lowered float 330+15 Ohm, and at completely lifted — 11+5 Ohm. At intermediate position of a float of 70 mm from a flange of the gauge to the bottom part of a float (gauging is carried out perpendicularly to a flange) resistance should be 118+10 Ohm.
The temperature index
In a combination of devices the electromagnetic index of temperature of a cooling liquid of the engine логометрического type is established.
The device consists of the index and the gauge established in the engine. The index device to similarly index of level of fuel, and the gauge — the semi-conductor thermoresistor sharply changing the resistance depending on changes of temperature. Change of temperature of a cooling liquid changes resistance of the gauge that causes change of a current in coils of the index and результирующее the magnetic field turns a constant magnet and an arrow in corresponding position of a scale.
The serviceable gauge at 25 ° With should have resistance 1400—1900 Ohm, and at temperature 80 ° About 200—270 Ohm.
For check of the index of temperature of a cooling liquid it is necessary to collect the electric scheme shown on fig. 9.55.
The arrow of the index should not deviate division 80 ° With more, than for width of an arrow.
Signalling device of an overheat of the engine
In addition to the index of temperature of system of cooling the car is supplied by a signalling device of an overheat of the engine. The gauge automatically includes a lamp in combinations of devices when the temperature of a cooling liquid reaches 104—109 ° With.
The pressure index in system of greasing of the engine
The electromagnetic index is applied to the control over pressure in system of greasing of the engine логометрического type. The device consists of the index located in a combination of devices and the gauge 23. 3839. The index device to similarly index of level of fuel, and the gauge represents the variable resistance which size changes depending on position of a membrane which in turn changes the position from pressure size.
For check of the index of pressure of oil it is necessary to collect the electric scheme shown on fig. 9.56. At connection of resistance R1 the index should show pressure of 1,5 kg/sm 2, and at connection of resistance R2 — 4,5 kg/sm 2. A deviation of an arrow from the specified points no more than for width of an arrow.
The serviceable gauge should have resistance 290—330 Ohm in the absence of pressure, at pressure of 1,5 kg/sm 2 170-200 Ohm, and at pressure of 4,5 kg/sm 2 50-80 Ohm.
Control lamp of emergency pressure in system of greasing of the engine
In addition to the index of pressure of greasing in a combination of devices there is a signalling device. At pressure decline in system of greasing of the engine from 0,4—0,8 kg/sm 2 in a combination of devices the signalling device lights up. The signalling device works with the gauge of type ММ111-В.
