Pistonsnominal diameter of 100 mm, with conic dredging on the bottom, with a thermoregulating insert, are cast from an aluminium alloy and covered by tin. In the top part is available three flutes for piston rings.
Piston fingersfloating type in diameter of 25 mm, hollow. For increase of fatigue durability the internal surface of fingers has the improved cleanliness of processing.
Rodssteel, двутаврового sections. The length of a rod is increased by 7 mm in comparison with rods of engines ZMZ-4025, ЗМЗ-4026. Diameters of the top and bottom heads of rods coincide in the sizes with rods of engines ZMZ-4025, ЗМЗ-4026.
The cranked shaftfive-basic, is cast from special high-strength pig-iron and has training of all necks by currents of high frequency.

The forward end of a cranked shaft is condensed with an epiploon 4 (fig. 4.88), working on an external surface of a nave of a pulley.

The back end is condensed with an epiploon 2 (fig. 4.89), diameter working on a special neck 80 mm. The neck is tempered by currents of high frequency.
The axial effort is perceived by a forward support of a cranked shaft through two persistent washers.
Loose leaves radical and шатунных bearings of a cranked shaft are made of the steel tape which have been filled in with an antifrictional alloy.
Flywheel — pig-iron with a steel gear wreath for start-up by a starter; отбалансирован in gathering with cranked shaft and coupling. The flywheel is attached to a cranked shaft (to an end face of a neck in diameter of 80 mm) by seven self-blocked bolts of M 10u1,25 mm.
