The power supply system (fig. 4.21) consists of a fuel tank, топливопроводов, the fuel pump, the filter-sediment bowl, the filter of thin clearing of fuel, the carburettor with a drive throttle and air заслонок, the air filter.

The fuel tank (fig. 4.22) — metal, refuelling capacity 70 l, is located on the left side on a frame longeron. The tank fastens to a longeron by means of arms, coupling tapes and hooks. Between arms, tapes and a tank cardboard linings are established. In the top part of a tank there is топливозаборник, consisting of a tube and the filter in the form of a brass grid, and also a gauge of the electric index of level of fuel. In the bottom part of a tank the drain stopper is located.

The bulk pipe (fig. 4.23) is fixed on left боковине bodies and connected to a tank a rubber hose. The stopper of a bulk mouth has inlet and final steam-air valves. For air tap at filling of a tank with fuel the air tube serves. The inlet valve works at depression in a tank 0,44—3,43 кПа, final — at pressure 0,39—1,62 кПа.
Топливопроводы of 8 mm are executed from brass tubes of external diameter. Tubes are connected to the fuel pump, a tank, the filter-sediment bowl, the filter of thin clearing of fuel and the carburettor by means of unions, conic муфт, накидных nuts and flexible hoses with coupling collars.
Топливопровод 2 (fig. 4.21 see) takes away surpluses of fuel from the carburettor through a jet (in the carburettor union) diameter 1,1 mm that improves work of the power supply system and start-up of the hot engine in the conditions of air heats.

The air filter (fig. 4.24) — dry type, with a replaceable filtering element from a porous cardboard, is established on the carburettor through a rubber lining. For noise decrease всасывания air the filter is supplied воздухозаборным by the goffered hose connected to a metal branch pipe, located on a mudguard guard on the right. At air temperature more low 5 ° C for giving in the carburettor of the warmed-up air воздухозаборный the hose is necessary for disconnecting from a branch pipe which is on a guard of a mudguard, and to connect to a branch pipe of the screen established on an exhaust pipe of the engine.
It is necessary to use the filtering elements having following designations: 3102-1109013-02 (-03,-04,-05,-06) or 31029-1109013 (-01,-02,-03)

The drive throttle and air заслонок (fig. 4.25) consists of a pedal, a rope connecting a pedal with sector of the lever of a drive throttle заслонок, tips with epiploons, adjusting nuts, муфт and draughts air заслонки the carburettor with the handle located on the panel of devices.
Management throttle заслонками is carried out by means of pressing an accelerator pedal. At full opening throttle заслонок the pedal should rest against a floor rug. It warns occurrence of excessive pressure in drive details. At pedal clearing throttle заслонки should return to a starting position.
Management air заслонкой the carburettor is carried out by the handle of draught from a place of the driver. When the handle is in a starting position (it is pressed to the panel of devices), air заслонка should be completely open. For closing air заслонки it is necessary to press a pedal and to extend the handle that will prevent breakage of draught air заслонки.

Fuel pump B-9V (fig. 4.26) — диафрагменного type, is put in action from the clown located on distributive shaft of the engine. The fuel pump consists of modular knots of the case with a diaphragm 8 and the lever of a drive 9, heads with valves 4 and 7 and covers. The diaphragm from four petals made from лакоткани, is clamped between the case and a pump head. Draught of a diaphragm is condensed with a rubber sealant 2. The valve consists of a holder made of a zinc alloy, the rubber valve and brass шастаны, drawn in spring (from a bronze wire). Over soaking up valves of the pump the filter 6 made of a small brass grid is established. For filling of the carburettor with fuel at the idle engine the pump has the device for a manual drive. For the control of tightness of a diaphragm in the pump case there is an aperture with the mesh filter 3.

The fuel filter-sediment bowl (fig. 4.27) is established on the left longeron of a frame before a fuel tank and intended for branch from fuel of water and mechanical impurity in the size more than 0,05 mm. For plum of a sediment in the bottom of the filter case there is a drain stopper. For clearing of mechanical impurity the filter is supplied by the filtering element consisting of a set of metal plates.

At filter installation it is necessary to watch that the direction of movement of fuel coincided with an arrow put on the case of the filter.

Carburettor K-151 (fig. 4.29) consists on three basic demountable parts connected through condensing linings by screws. The top part — a carburettor cover includes the air branch pipe divided into two channels, with air заслонкой in the channel of the first chamber. The average part consists from поплавковой and two mixing chambers and is the carburettor case. The bottom part — the case throttle заслонок includes mixing branch pipes with throttle заслонками the first and second chambers of the carburettor. The lining between average and bottom parts of the carburettor is sealing and теплоизоляционной.
Structurally the carburettor consists of two смесительньных chambers — the first and the second. Each of carburettor chambers has own main dosing out system.
Idling system — with quantitative adjustment of constant structure of a mix (independent system of idling).
In the second chamber of the carburettor there is a transitive system with a food by fuel directly from поплавковой chambers which enters work at the moment of opening throttle заслонки the second chamber.
The accelerating pump — диафрагменного type. For gas mixture enrichment at full loading in the second chamber it is provided эконостат.

The system of start-up of the cold engine (fig. 4.30) — semi-automatic type, consists of the pneumoproof-reader, system of levers and air заслонки which closing before start-up of the cold engine is made by the driver by means of a manual drive. At the moment of start-up of the engine the pneumoproof-reader, using the depression arising under the carburettor, automatically slightly opens air заслонку on a demanded corner, providing steady work of the engine at warming up.
At вытягивании air заслонки it is necessary to press handles of draught an accelerator pedal.
The system of switching-off of giving of fuel (экономайзер compulsory idling) enters work on a mode of compulsory idling at braking of the car by the engine, when there is no necessity for fuel giving for the engine. Thereby the economy of fuel is provided and emission of toxic substances in atmosphere decreases.
The system of switching-off of giving of fuel of carburettor K-151 consists of the block of management 33 (fig. 4.29 see), the microswitch 35 electromagnetic valves 32 and экономайзера compulsory idling. The microswitch and экономайзер compulsory idling take places on the carburettor, the electromagnetic valve — the management block — on a guard передка cabins.
The block of management 33 represents the device which depending on frequency of the electric impulses arriving from the coil of ignition, operates the electromagnetic valve 32. At the released pedal of an accelerator contacts of the microswitch 35 should be opened.
The system of switching-off of giving of fuel works as follows. At the released pedal of an accelerator and frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine more than 1400 mines-1 the block of management does not submit pressure on the electromagnetic valve therefore through channels of the electromagnetic valve atmospheric air arrives in экономайзер the compulsory idling which valve blocks the idling channel.
In case of infringement of normal work of system of switching-off of giving of fuel (the engine is not started up or «глохнет» at the released pedal throttle заслонок) it is necessary to be convinced of reliability of electric contacts of elements of system then it is necessary to check up consistently working capacity of the electromagnetic valve, the microswitch and the management block first of all.
For check of the electromagnetic valve and the microswitch it is necessary to separate an electric socket of the block of management, to include ignition (the engine not to start up!) and from outside a motor compartment one hand smoothly to open and close some times throttle заслонки the carburettor, and another — to hold the electromagnetic valve. At the serviceable electromagnetic valve and a safety lock and at the serviceable and correctly adjusted microswitch operation of the electromagnetic valve (vibration, clicks) should be felt.
For check of the block of management it is necessary to insert a socket into the block, to include ignition, to start up the engine and to warm up it. Then from outside a motor compartment one hand to open throttle заслонки approximately on 1/3 courses, another — to hold the electromagnetic valve. Sharply to release throttle заслонки. Thus, if the management block is corrected, the electromagnetic valve should be disconnected, and at decrease in frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft approximately to 1050 mines-1 the electromagnetic valve should join.
All systems of the carburettor are connected with поплавковой the chamber fuel level in which is supported by a float 2 and the fuel valve 1 (fig. 4.29 see).
