The part of cars is supplied by system рециркуляции the fulfilled gases (fig. 4.31) which consists of the valve рециркуляции 8, established on a gas pipeline, the thermovacuum switch 4 screwed in a water shirt of a head of cylinders, and two connecting hoses.

Рециркуляция the fulfilled gases in an inlet path it is carried out on the engine, heated-up to temperature of a cooling liquid not more low 35—40 ° With, on partial loadings. The system рециркуляции the fulfilled gases does not idle and at full opening throttle заслонок.

For check of working capacity of system рециркуляции the fulfilled gases it is necessary to increase on the heated-up engine frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft idling from small frequency of rotation to 3000 mines^-1, no more, and to observe visually of moving of a rod of the valve 8.

If the rod does not move, to check up presence of operating depression on диафрагменном the valve mechanism рециркуляции. If depression is available, the valve with which it is necessary to replace is faulty.

In the absence of operating depression it is necessary to replace the thermovacuum switch.
