Adjustments of installation of a lateral door are intended for reliable work of its mechanisms providing moving, closing — opening and reliable lock-out of a door.
Correct installation of a door is defined by door backlashes (in the closed position) rather боковины (fig. 10.14 see):
- On a doorway of 5-8 mm;
- On internal фальцевому to a backlash between боковиной and a door of 10-13 mm.
Door moving on top 5 (fig. 10.15), 1 and the bottom 9 directing is provided with average top 2, average 13 and the bottom 10 mechanisms.
Door adjustment in a vertical direction is carried out by moving of a roller with the carriage 4 top mechanisms 2 on a carving of an axis 3, and also average 13 and the bottom 10 mechanisms upwards or downwards.
Door adjustment is in the direction of travel carried out at the expense of displacement of an axis of 3 carriages of the top mechanism 2 in a lever head, and also average 13 and the bottom 10 mechanisms forward or back.
Door adjustment on depth (sticking — выступание) is carried out by displacement of an axis of 3 carriages of the top mechanism (it is if necessary supposed to enclose a washer in diameter of 24-30 mm with an aperture in diameter of 6,5-8 mm and thickness of 1-2 mm between a support top directing and the most directing 5), and also moving of the bottom lever 11 with a roller concerning a support 12 and the support 12 concerning a door.
Fixing and door lock-out in an aperture боковины is provided (fig. 10.16) see:
- On a forward end face of a door two clamps 7;
- On a back end face of a door a thorn 3 and запорным the mechanism 2.
Adjustment on a forward end face of a door is carried out by moving of the case 9 clamps in a vertical direction of a thorn 8 clamps on depth and installation of adjusting linings 6 under a thorn 8 and linings 10 under the case 9 clamps.
For definition of quantity of linings:
- The case 9 clamps densely to connect to a thorn 8 clamps (at an open door);
- To close a door;
- Linings 10 to define backlash size between the case of a clamp and боковиной, using for access a backlash between a door 1 (fig. 10.17) and боковиной 2;
- To open a door;
- To establish in regular intervals (a difference no more than 1 piece) linings 6 and 10 (fig. 10.16 see) under a thorn and the clamp case.
Adjustment of gearing of a thorn 3 with запорным the mechanism 2 on a back end face carry out moving of a thorn 3 on боковине (it is supposed to enclose in addition under a thorn a washer 4, but no more 2 pieces).
After carrying out of all necessary adjustments possibility of removal of a door without cut use in top directing is not supposed.
In the closed position the door should be densely fixed in a forward aperture on two clamps 7 and is locked запорным by the mechanism 2 on a thorn 3 in a back aperture боковины.
Mobile parts of mechanisms (the bearing of the top roller 4 (fig. 10.15), a carving of an axis 3 top carriages see, axes of directing rollers of the average mechanism 13) should be greased by greasing Litol-24, LITS or ЦИАТИМ-201.
Categorically car operation is forbidden:
- With opened or locked only on a safety tooth of a cam of the lock дверьми;
- At an exit from gearing of a roller of the lever 11 (fig. 10.15 see) bottom mechanism with a flange bottom directing 9;
- At leaky landing of a thorn 8 (fig. 10.16 see) in кopпyc 9 clamps.
